Hourly Consulting (W2)
As an hourly consultant of Softworld, you will be compensated for all client approved hours worked including overtime. Softworld is your employer of record and will provide the appropriate tax withholdings and pay all employer related taxes. Additionally, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

Corp-to-Corp Consulting
Softworld can accommodate consultants who prefer to work through their own personal corporation.

Staff Employee Consultant
For long term engagements, Softworld offers consultants the opportunity to join us as a full time employee. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
