Softworld’s client is looking for Oracle ERP Project Managers to be part of their PMO for Oracle HCM upgrade and operational maintenance activities. The individual will be responsible for overall project delivery, resource planning and management, status reporting, task management, budget monitoring and forecasting.

Must have some Oracle Fusion exposure.
Experience with Oracle Advanced Benefits, Compensation Plans, Performance Management modules is a strong plus, but other modules are acceptable.
PMP certification is highly desirable
Coordination project management work on a specific projects; ensuring project details, objectives and priorities are clearly followed to maximize understanding and commitment across the team
Responsible for the timely and effective delivery of personally assigned tasks, bringing to the immediate attention of management any circumstances causing delay, concern or requiring higher level authority to proceed
In conjunction with key resources from each department, coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
Responsible for the production and supply of project/portfolio information as requested or required by the organization.
Takes ownership of project/portfolio issues, seeing them through to a satisfactory conclusion, delegating where appropriate and communicating appropriately and effectively
Actively takes steps to identify and minimize project risks in the short term and longer term. Define mitigating factors and contingency planning. Proactively incorporates and manages risk mitigation actions thought the project life cycle
Assist in the establishing and maintaining standards and procedures for project reporting, upgrades, and documentation, thus ensuring that these solutions conform to company standards and SOPs and bringing to the attention of the bringing to the attention of the management any developments in practice and procedure that warrants review.
