President
Mark Finocchario
As the President of Kelly Technology and Softworld, Mark Finocchario oversees two of the largest providers of technology talent solutions in the nation, serving clients across North America. With over 20 years of industry experience, he leads hundreds of internal employees and thousands of technology consultants, as they help clients solve their most difficult technology challenges.
Mark is a P&L leader with expertise in technology staffing and solutions, business operations, and business development. He has a proven track record of building high performance teams that provide best in class services and consistently outperform the industry year after year. He was instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of Softworld, which was acquired by Kelly Services in April, 2021. He built out the internal infrastructure of a regional IT staffing firm, scaled business operations, launched new practices, and established new service offerings to meet the specialized technology needs of organizations across the United States. Mark is a former technology recruiter himself, and he is passionate about building businesses that are true technology partners to their clients, and not just best in class suppliers of technology talent. Backed by Kelly Services, the most recognized name in Talent, the Kelly Technology and Softworld businesses offer a wide array of customizable services that can deliver the IT talent, deliver the IT project, or deliver the full IT managed service. SVP, Sales
Steve Cooper
Steve joined Softworld in 2014. He is responsible for leading our sales team. Steve’s sales team operates out of our Fairfax, Virginia office.
Steve has 25 years of experience in the IT consulting space and has worked in all facets of this business including recruiting, sales and partner level management with a focus on managing sales and business development teams. At each of his previous companies, Steve was able to grow sales to all-time highs in revenue with an emphasis on quality and exceptional levels of service. He has a passion for growing sales organizations and providing leadership in the federal and commercial sectors.
Steve received a bachelor of science in marketing management from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.

Megan Bosler
Megan joined Softworld in January 2011. She is responsible for managing Softworld’s application development recruiting team. She focuses on delivering highly-technical and highly qualified candidates to opportunities that best fit their needs and the needs of our clients.
She began her career at Softworld as a recruiter on our functional team, and quickly moved through the ranks of Softworld, where she currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Recruiting.

Maura Maynard
As the VP of HR for a multi-business organization (Softworld and Vita Global Sciences, subsidiaries of Kelly Services), I am responsible for developing and executing a future focused HR strategy that aligns with the goals of each business. I partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team on initiatives relating to post-acquisition integrations, organizational design and workforce planning, benefits, compensation, engagement, retention, succession planning, and evolution of a shared services model.

Jonathan Anderson
SVP of Professional Development with Softworld, responsible for organizational and individual development across the company. This includes performance coaching, career pathing, content creation and delivery, training, and strategy. Contributing member of the Executive team. Frequent liaison between Softworld and parent company Kelly Services.

Steven Edwards
As a transformational finance leader and visionary CFO, I drive outstanding business success for innovative, technology-driven companies. I possess unparalleled leadership experience in all areas of finance, in addition to other key business functions such as IT, operations, and sales enablement. Overall, I am a well-rounded professional who builds scalable, high-performance business infrastructures that propel companies into the future.
Highlights of my achievements include:
- Transformed the entire technology stack for 3 Kelly Services brands (Softworld, NextGen, and GTA). Defined and executed the strategy to modernize the IT infrastructure.
- Created the internal controls that enabled Softworld to fulfill SOX requirements following the company’s acquisition by Kelly Services.
- Directed finance and corporate workstreams for the acquisition of Canada’s largest higher education business by Cengage.
Having lived and worked in both the U.S. and Canada, I’ve developed a strong cultural competency that has influenced my ability to build trust between individuals with any background. Furthermore, my background in international finance helps me define strategies that impact business operations across borders.
