Technical Lead
Responsibilities include: Provide technical and thought leadership to teams of software engineers engaged in implementation of large scale projects working in a distributed development environment; develop high level designs for converting requirements into business processes using multiple technologies and methodologies; play a leading role in the business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases; designing/coding applications following specifications using the appropriate tools and adhering to the companies coding standards; designing and developing new systems with an emphasis on minimized maintenance requirements, as well as performing maintenance and enhancement of existing systems; perform detail design work for workflows, business rules, user interfaces and reports; actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases and ensure the successful delivery of the project from a high level technical perspective; participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change requests; provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the development team on all technical matters and team deliverables; ensure that systems are built for change, scalability, and reusability; coordinate unit testing and integration testing with the development team and bug fixing with the testing team with input from product management; manage daily activity of technical team(s). Sr. Statistical Programmer
Develop statistical programs in SAS to generate the clinical datasets, tables, listings and figures. Perform validation and QC of the programs, datasets and statistical reports per study requirements. Develop and review CDISC SDTM and ADaM mapping specifications. Responsible for study closeout and providing submission ready statistical programming deliverables to the client. Ensure compliance of CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets by running Open CDISC validator and documenting issues. Generate and review submission documents such as define.xml, SDTM annotated CRF, and reviewer’s guide. Ensure review of study documents such as Protocol, CRF, and SAP. Communicates effectively within a project team to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget. Must have a master’s degree, or its equivalent, in genomics, biomedical engineering, biotechnology or a related field. Position is in Waltham, MA. Remote work option available.

Associate Manager, Statistical Programming

Qualifying experience must include: five (5) years of experience performing SAS programming; four (4) years of experience performing CDISC implementation; three (3) years of experience leading a project team and managing programming deliverables; three (3) years of experience using SAS and Macros and developing macros to automate functionality.
