The Accelerating Flow Workshop is an interactive event designed to help attendees identify inefficiencies, remove barriers, and optimize value flow within their organization. Participants will explore the eight flow accelerators, uncover what each means in their unique context, and collaborate to identify improvement opportunities at all levels of SAFe—from teams to portfolios.  

Through group activities, attendees will prioritize ideas, define actionable steps, and establish both group and individual accountability to drive meaningful change. Each participant will work to identify their own value stream, visualize its flow of work, and commit to specific actions they can take to accelerate delivery. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave empowered with a clear understanding of how their contributions directly impact their value streams and practical steps to drive measurable improvements.
