In the first half of the workshop, attendees will explore the three measurement domains—Outcomes, Flow, and Competency—and learn how KPIs and OKRs define measurable outcomes that align with organizational goals.
The second half focuses on practical application, where participants will assess competency, select flow metrics for teams, ARTs, and portfolios, and identify key metrics to enhance decision-making.
